I started Rowan Construction Group in 2007 after watching too many homeowners get halfway through a remodel and discover the price they’d been quoted wasn’t the price they’d pay. Seventeen years and 4,000-plus projects later, that still makes me irritable. Under Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, we write the price before anyone starts - not because it’s good marketing, but because it’s the only honest way to run a job. I keep my license current, my phone on, and my expectations high. The dry observation I’ll leave you with: the projects that go sideways almost always start with a verbal estimate and a handshake. We don’t do either.

Marcus has been with us eight years, running full-gut kitchen and bath remodels from demolition through final walkthrough.
