The Chesterfield uses a 5-inch square post with a 2-inch top rail; the Jamestown drops to a 4.5-inch post with a routed rail that locks without brackets. Check the inside face of your post cap or the embossed stamp on the rail bottom - Cambria marks production runs there, and the series code tells us which bracket pack or rail extrusion to bring.
