• Spalling or surface flaking on concrete aprons. Mountain View doesn’t get hard freezes, but de-icing salts tracked from street parking and poor curing (poured in direct summer heat without moisture retention) cause this. The fix is partial-depth repair, not full replacement, if caught before rebar corrodes.
• Gap opening between the Boxabl foundation skirt and the driveway surface. This is differential settlement - the module is on a compacted pad, the driveway wasn’t.
