DIY or Call Us?

What you can safely check: the aerator unscrews by hand or with channel locks, the spray face pops out for cleaning, and the battery pack under the sink pulls straight out. If the drip stops when you clean the aerator, you’ve solved it for free. What goes wrong fast: the shutoff valves under old Mountain View sinks are often original gate valves that snap off if forced, turning a 20-minute job into an emergency water shutoff at the street and a flooded cabinet.
